Welding Equipment

We offer Mig welders, Tig welders, MMA DC inverters, Plasma cutters etc from several manufacturers/importers including CEMONT, PARWELD, SUREWELD, CEBORA and TELWIN. We have extended the range of parts we stock for "hobby migs" such as the Cebora 130 and Snap-On 2135 (some of these spares are already available through our ebay shop). We also offer the British-made FUSION inverters for MMA/Tig welding. We can obtain spares/parts for various makes including CEBORA, CEMONT, SEALEY, SUREWELD and TELWIN. Used equipment is also available from time to time - please enquire.

Torches & Torch spares

We supply PARWELD mig, tig and plasma torches, and replacement compatible torch spares for most makes/models including BINZEL, BERNARD, MUREX, TWECO, WELDCRAFT and TRAFIMET. We also offer torch spares for CEBORA mig welders including the Pocket Mig 130 Turbo, Autostar, Boxer, Panther and Stag. Also SNAP-ON 2135, SNAP-ON 2160,  SEALEY MIGHTYMIGS / POWERMIGS / SUPERMIGS, SIP Handymate/MIgmate torches and SUREWELD Monomig torches. We can also quote for torch repairs and custom-built torches if required.

Welding Electrodes, Wire & Filler Rods

Our range of electrodes, wire and rods includes products in many materials such as mild steel, stainless steel & dissimilar, aluminium, cast iron, hard-facing and brazing alloys. Other, more specialised alloys are available on short delivery. Test/Batch certificates are available for all of these products if required. Brands include ELECTRO-ARCO,  SELECTARC, T & R, WESTBROOK and WB ALLOYS. (We also sell plastic cannisters for storage of your left-over electrodes). We also stock several grades of tungsten electrodes including Ceriated, Zirconiated and Lanthanated.

Protective Gear

For traditional fibreglass headshields & handshields, we rely on the ILES STEPHENS range to meet customer requirements. When it comes to auto-darkening,solar-powered headshields, we usually promote models by PARWELD, STARPARTS and SWP, although we can also quote for OPTREL SPERIAN or JACKSON if those are your preferred brands. We have filter lenses in various sizes, goggles, safety specs & faceshields (including PARWELD,  UVEX, BLUE EAGLE and PULSAFE . Leather welder's jackets, sleeves, aprons and welding gauntlets including  WELDAS. Also welder's caps by TUSKER,  bodywarmers, boilersuits (polycotton and flame-retardant) and more.

Gas Equipment

Products from Hi-Lo, PARWELD, SWP and GAS-ARC feature in our gas equipment range, which includes regulators, cutting torches, flashback arrestors, quick-release couplers, cutting nozzles, brazing & heating nozzles, oxy-fuel hose adaptors and gauges. We are happy to quote a price and availability for any of the GAS-ARC high-pressure regulators, high-purity (medical) regulators, special adaptors, valves, fittings or manifold systems that are not part of our core product line - please enquire. We also stock fitted hoses in various lengths for oxy-fuel applications. We have extended our range of air line fittings. In addition to the UK-manufactured genuine PCL quick-release couplings & adaptors for standard, high-flow and heavy duty air line assemblies, we also stock tailpieces, nuts, connectors and unions in various sizes.

Abrasives  

Our stock of abrasive discs includes SAIT and EUROCUT. We offer cutting, slitting & grinding discs for metal and stainless steel. We also stock fibre (sanding) discs and zirconium oxide flap discs. High-performance LUKAS flap discs are available on special order basis. Wire cup brushes in both twist knot and crimped wire types are stocked at our premises. Abrasive belts are on a "made to order" basis. We do not stock them but our suppliers are able to manufacture belts in almost any dimensions. Minimum quantities may apply.

Miscellaneous Accessories

We offer a variety of welding & engineering accessories such as earth clamps, cable, cable connectors and cable lugs. We can supply cut lengths of cable with lugs crimped onto them - ask about our fitting service. We also have disposable gas cylinders for hobby-migs, flint-lighters, chipping hammers, wire brushes (wooden handled and plastic handled) and French chalk. We have CLEANWELD anti-spatter spray, Tip Dip, metal markers (including J.P. NISSEN and MARKAL) and a selection of hand tools such as measuring tapes, pliers (including Lockjaw self-adjusting), spanners, measuring gauges of various types, and hammers. We also have twist drills, broaching oil and M2 broaching cutters (SUPERCUT ROTABOR M42 also available to order, as are extra-long and large-diameter cutters). Our engineers/fitters clamps are manufactured by MCP BRAUN, PIHER and STRONG HAND.   NEW FOR 2011 We are now a stockist for ALbee Rental-free Argon and Argon-mix gas cylinders for Mig and Tig welding. These cylinders offer great value to light users who realistically don't use enough gas to justify paying cylinder rental and all the other charges that are often involved. Each cylinder has its own regulator, so the user need never pay for, or have to maintain, a regulator of his or her own. These cylinders are filled to 200 bar, which is significantly higher pressure than some of the other rental-free cylinders on the market which are only filled to 137 bar. The others may appear at first glance to be much cheaper, but when you work out how many litres of gas they provide compared with ALbee, AND add to that the fact that ALbee includes a regulator, the alternatives are not such a good deal after all. These gas cylinders are only available for collection/exchange from our premises - we do not have a delivery service or offer despatch via courier.
